Our policies on Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds on any opened or used products. Our products are for use with tobacco products only, and we are not liable for customers using our products with any other substances. Liability for use is between the consumer and the legal restrictions within their residing state. Thank you for understanding that all sales are final.
If you order from us and the item is incorrect or damaged, or you find a part missing, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right! Just let us know within a reasonable time frame (7 days from delivery) and we will send out a replacement part. If you wish to return your damaged items for a refund, you must let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and have the return en route to us within 14 days. Please attach your order number when contacting us.
Please note that an order can not be adjusted or cancelled once it has been shipped. If you would like to add to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you are able and we will take care of the rest. Otherwise, if your order has already shipped, you will need to place a second order, or refuse the parcel and have it shipped back to us if it is no longer desired. Shipping charges go towards paying USPS for the service they provide, and can not be refunded on items that have already been shipped or on returns/refusals.
If you find one of our Hookahs elsewhere for cheaper, please let us know, and we will discuss the possibility of matching their price
Not eligible: Non-Inhale Products, Used products, or Products listed on Ebay, Wholesale bulk discount sites, or other reseller sites.
